HydroBlend™ Water Powered Proportioning Pump Accessories

HydroBlend™ offers a variety of accessories to help with installation.

• Water Filters – Some type of water pre-filter is always recommended and required for the warranty.  Coolant Consultants includes the tee water filter at no charge with all 7 GPM and 12 GPM pumps and the HV9256 high volume filter at a discounted price when ordered with the 25 GPM pump.

• NPT Adapters – HydroBlend pumps come standard with 3/4″ Garden Hose Fittings.  NPT Adapters must be purchased separately.

• Pressure Regulators – HydroBlend pumps operate at a maximum water pressure of 75 PSI.  If the incoming water pressure is higher, then a pressure regulator is definitely needed.

• Mixing Chambers – A mixing chamber can be beneficial if the coolant doesn’t mix readily with water.

• Guide Lock – The Guide Lock can be used to restrict access and lock the dilution setting.

• Actuating Arm Adjustment Tool – The Actuating Arm Adjustment Tool is a maintenance tool that conveniently adjusts the HydroBlend actuating arm.
