Flow Restrictors

Flow Restrictors limit the flow of water in the pipe. It is recommended to install a flow restrictor on the inlet side of the Dosatron unit if there is any possibility of overflowing the unit.

Mixing Chambers

Mixing Chambers provide enhanced chemical blending. Excellent for low flow applications, low volume requirements (bottle fill), and minute injection rates.

Pressure Regulators

Pressure Regulators are important to ensure that incoming water pressure does not exceed the recommended psi for the pumps.

PG100-34KIT — 2” face, includes T fitting reducer. 0-100 psi. Polypropylene.

PG100-SS — 3/4″ stainless steel gauge, bottom mount only. 1/4″ brass threads. 0-100 psi, and 2″ face.

PR34-NPT — 3/4” NPT low-lead brass body with durable stainless steel gauge with 1/8” brass threads. Female inlet and outlet, working pressure: 15-87 psi, max incoming pressure: 230 psi. Max temp: 140 °F. Includes one
3/4” FPT union for easy installation and maintenance.

PR100 — 1” FPT and/or 1 1/2” MPT. Comes with one 1” FPT union for easy installation and maintenance.
Adjustable from 25-75 psi, set at 50 psi. 400 psi maximum incoming pressure. Brass body.

Water hammer arrestor kits are used to prevent the potential damaging effects of water hammer which is defined as a pressure surge or wave caused when a fluid in motion is forced to stop or change directions suddenly.
