ClearWater Tech AEROUSnx™ Oxygen Concentrator
Reliable, Dry Oxygen on Demand Just Got Better!
The NEWLY DESIGNED AEROUSnx™ oxygen concentrator delivers up to 95% dry oxygen on demand. ClearWater Tech has extended its longevity, it’s lighter, has a smaller footprint, and is engineered for high humidity environments.
The AEROUSnx™ oxygen concentrator is designed for commercial applications requiring high levels of oxygen — up to 95%. The oxygen is created on-site through the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process providing a constant flow of oxygen without storage or handling of oxygen cylinders.
The AEROUSnx™ system separates oxygen, nitrogen, and other trace elements from the air. As the air is pressurized through the system, through an on-board oil-less compressor, molecular sieve beds adsorb the nitrogen; concentrating and supplying the oxygen gas to use. The nitrogen and moisture are depressurized through the systems waste stream.
The AEROUSnx™ system is quiet, reliable, user serviceable, and eco-friendly.

The AEROUSnx™ oxygen concentrator produces up to 95% oxygen on demand at 15 SCFH. Clean dry oxygen has several key benefits when producing corona discharge ozone. By using 95% oxygen as opposed to 21%, the percent weight of the ozone gas generated is double to triple, depending on product design. This translates to higher solubility and less gas to dissolve in the water.
Accurate air preparation is critical to efficient ozone production and to the longevity of corona discharge ozone generators. Reliable air prep systems produce more ozone and require far less maintenance.
The air preparation system lowers the dew point of the feed gas. Moist feed gas (air) will cause nitric acid to form inside the generator which decreases ozone production and if not removed, causes corrosion and eventual failure of the generator’s internal components. The ability of the ozone generator to produce ozone is drastically reduced as the dew point rises above -55°C.
