Dilution Solutions Coolant Metering Pump Pre-Filters

Note:  A water pre-filter is REQUIRED with all Dosatron Metering Pumps.  There are two filter options — T-Filters or Y-Filters with Cleanouts.

Filter Option 1 – T-Filters

AKF5AP11T  3/4″ FNPT T-Shaped Filter. Space-saving with flush port that can be adapted for easy clean out of the 3/4″ FPT ball valve. 200 mesh/80 micron.

AKF5AP11T-S  Small and compact 3/4″ FNPT T-Shaped Filter. Good for tight installations, with flush port that can be adapted for easy clean out of the 3/4″ FPT ball valve. 200 mesh/80 micron.

AKF5AP20T  1″ FNPT T-Shaped Filter. Space-saving with flush port that can be adapted for easy clean out of the 3/4″ FPT ball valve. 200 mesh/80 micron.

Filter Option 2 – Y-Filter Kits

AKF5AP11KIT-A  The 3/4″ Y-Filter Kit includes Schedule 80 unions along with cleanable, permanent, stainless steel filter. No replacement cartridges are necessary.

AKF5AP20KIT-A  The 1″ Y-Filter Kit includes Schedule 80 unions along with cleanable, permanent, stainless steel filter. No replacement cartridges are necessary.
